On a different note, why did anybody believe that Miles was going to Arky?

This is the last fricking thing on my mind right now. It's full melt mode at 12 am on CCB and les miles can frick right the frick off...oh and happy thanksgiving.

I don't fault Miles but I still didn't like him doing it.

The Miles to Michigan thing had some legs. The Miles to R-Kansas thing was just a negotiating ploy and Alleva fell for it hook line and sinker. I will give my opinion on whether Alleva should stay when I hear who the new coach will be.

I was PTL, tell Les we will miss him! I would have Publicly forced his arse to take that job.

Because the AD at Arky & Les are close friends, maybe roommates at Michigan. Les is the one who initiated contact & his agent called the media. There was no offer from Arky. Their AD knew it was more than likely a leverage move by Leslie & has said so publically. Les really had LSU over a barrel and Joe had to treat it like a real thing. If he doesn't, Arkansas knows exactly how much it will cost to get Les and a leverage move turns into something much different. Under no circumstances should we ever lose a coach to an SEC school. To do so would cripple the program.

ETA: I think this is when Joe knew Les had to be fired.
