For weeks Jimbo has been allowed to be the public face of the target. Other names have been floated , one in particular , but the focus has been on Jimbo. This board has allowed Jimbo articles and speculation to go on and rightfully so. All the while , the true focus has been on Herman. He did not like the early attention and everyone "in the know" made sure that was shut down, including this board. He has the offer in hand, it is his decision to make (and he may have already made it ). If it plays out this way, a tip of the cap to all of the players who pulled this off. The admins, alters, folks in the know, Alleva, everyone. Congrats.

We wouldn't be trolling sexton. Herman's agent works in Sexton's outfit. Sexton allows Jimbo to be the front man, getting Jimbo more money at FSU, and another one of his offices' clients gets paid too. He wins whether we hire Jimbo or Herman. He's playing art of war, trump style.

The national media has only talked about Jimbo and O with an occasional mention of Herman. Herman has not been linked to LSU in the national media since Herbstreit said it pre Alabama game. I'm not sure I want to give Alleva this much credit but if he pulls Herman off I will consider his pasty white arse an equal to Sun Tzu and Machiavelli.

Id like to believe this, but LSU's recent history makes me doubt they deserve such credit.

If we were playing slight of hand then Chip Kelly would be the target not Herman. Herman has been mentioned as much as Jimbo.
