LSU Showing hand with Jimbo? & Getting played by Texas/ESPN??

It feels like we just showed our hand to fast, letting info. leak about Jimbo. And then just sitting there and not coming out strong against the story's flying around by "texas backed websites"
This is what LSU should have said as soon as ESPN started running there mouth , "We have a coach ,and a game to play tonight. It would be disrespectful for us to leak infomation about our programs future during a broadcast of such a important game. Certainly ESPN and the ones doing this leaking of false infomation owns LSU, Coach O, and Tom Herman and his players a apologize for such a distraction."
