Kelly's departure from Oregon was by mutual consent as the administration had gotten more than tired of all his personality flaws. He made no bones about his distaste for having to kiss up to boosters, hated recruiting for the same reasons, and pissed off almost every administrator in the athletic dept. He's not married, has no life outside football, and apparently can not relate to those who do have other, more important roles in their lives.

That is my point. This is not a Saban situation. This guy made it clear he pretty much hates everything about the college game except game day.
I have no doubt the moment he has enough success to leverage he bolts, and given the NFL, that might only be one year. Short term coaches like that can be devastating to a program.
