Miles and Kiffin are both up for the Houston job. If Les doesn't get it, we could lose a good OC candidate.

I can't imagine Houston grabbing Les if what they like is a Herman type offense. I don't know if Kiffin is mature enough yet for the job.

What recently leads you to think Kiffin isn't "mature enough" for the job? You think Saban put his program's success on the line if he had ANY doubt that Kiffin wasn't "mature enough" for Bama? He was fired from USC because he didn't win enough games. If anything, Sarkisian isn't mature enough for the Bama OC job since he's the one with the substance abuse problem.
