I'm sure there are private airfields around Dallas, so they wouldn't necessarily use DFW or Love Field.

There are private and commercial planes all over the country with markings and/or colors from certain teams and universities.

Is there any indication that this is a MICHIGAN plane? Because looking at its flight history I see none.

I think its pretty obvious they are here for Pizza Girl. They like how she took command in the 459 when nothing was going her way. Her ability to adjust her gameplan by walking to the Union for Blimpie's was the hidden gem.

Check one of the links a few pages back. The plane has maize and blue colors with a Michigan "M." The Michigan "M" has Michigan written across it.

I think the plan for the people to stay over the weekend is a good guess. Maybe Michigan is dropping off representatives at various locations for face to face meetings.

Damnit, you beat me! I was just getting ready to post this. Thomasville (KTVI) is on the Georgia-Florida border. The plane flew from there to Baton Rouge, then from Baton Rouge to Savannah/Hilton Head. Baton Rouge wasn't just some random stop. Is Skip in town? Does he have Alleva's ear?

They Skip'ed town with Alleva's ear! Holy Goat Nipples! This is getting nasty!

It's very simple: UM's AD got off the plane, checked into a hotel, and will meet with Miles tomorrow

Now we need to find out where he's staying

I know you're being a jackass, and perhaps I worded awkwardly, but that's hilarious!

I think this and to inspect the type of turf they will need to lure Miles to Ann Arbor are the two most likely reasons.

And they wanted some Cane's. Cane's hasn't made its way to Michigan yet.

This. This is definitely the reason. You dont appreciate it until you live somewhere without it.

Explain it please. Who would they be talking to in Baton Rouge?
I have no idea. I just have a hard time believing that a Michigan Jet, during a massive coaching search, just happens to land in the city of one of their top two options.

And a city that is completely out of the way of the rest of their flight path. The plane flew from Thomasville, GA to BR, then to Savannah, GA. And on top of that, BTR is an absurdly expensive airport to simply use as a stop on your itinerary. That plane was here for a reason.
