It's reasonable analysis.

Miles to Michigan and fisher to LSU were both correct at the time. Just leaked too early. Both coaches had to backtrack.

Have you ever helped a friend in need. Miami was a dumpster fire and Saban went there because a friend asked him to.
O twice went to Tennessee and USC for Kiffin. Why wouldn't Kiffin feel the need to return the favor for 1-2 years? It's possible he could do it just to help a friend out that has done the same for him.
