Agreed. Honestly I think he would here only one year if he came in and help turn the OFF around. He is a young guy, perfect candidate for HC position.
Lets go get an OC CEO, cmon. All potential OFF recruits want to know what type of system they are committing to.....time is not on our side in this selection process. Get it done!
