Every single major vacant program will give the guy a call who has a 70% winning percentage in sec west

Some of y'all are seriously delusional about Leslie's future coaching prospects. It's hilarious.

No doubt. It's interesting how people cite the body of work when that fits the narrative but ignore recent trends.

We are seeing that now with our coach, but anyway, yes I'm sure Les is weighing multiple offers from power 5 programs as we speak. I'd be shocked if Oregon doesn't offer him a ton of money

Damn Oregon and Purdue potentially knocking it out of the park. Brohm is the perfect hire for Purdue.

Why in the hell would Jeff Brohn want to go to Purdue? I know money talks, but Purdue is a wasteland.

And Oxford isn't? You're a Huge Freeze away from relegation to the Sun Belt and when he's gone...well, you'll still probably get sent to the sun belt.

Boooom! Lmao... Ole miss fan just got checked!! Imo Any coach if he's good enough can turn a program into a winner. Look at Baylor... Chip did a lot with Oregon too.. It's not like Purdue has never won. They were good back in the day. The right coach can get them to 8-9 win program. Once u get there then maybe a little luck or a dynamic player or two arise and go on a run.

Purdue

Purdue hasn't been relevant in over a decade. West Lafayette is cold and is in Indiana, and the women are ugly.

I take it that you've never been to Oxford, because if you did you would clearly not describe it the way you described. While traditionally our program is average, we have in the very recent past been nationally relevant.

I have nothing against Purdue but clearly the Purdue job is extremely difficult to win at. Ole Miss is too, but it can be done; there is evidence to support this.

Step off your high horse and just enjoy your basketball success.

If you wanna talk shite, prepare to have it thrown right back.

I've been to Oxford. It's alright. Sure, the women are great but it's nothing that different from every other SEC school.

I went to UGA. I know what I'm talking about.

As far as Purdue...let's call it the Ole Miss of the Big Ten. Tough to win, but the right guy can. Brohm could very easily be that guy. The last guy who won big did it with wide open offense too.

Before you say Drew Brees...our best all around teams were definitely when Orrin was our QB

It's been about 50% the last 3 years. And schools don't ignore that reality.
