But Herman will not stay at UH for the same money, and probably not for an extra million per year. It is not all about money, at this level, it is about opportunity. The opportunity at UH is way less.

I think its laughable that they're saying it won't be money that stops Herman from leaving whenever the academic department has had to give the athletic department 20 mil a year the last few years to stay afloat.
