He took Brissett from Florida and made him nfl draftable at NC State. 3rd round pick and started a few games for the patriots this year. Wasnt too bad either.

They also did that against one of the best defenses and arguably the best defense coordinator in college, same guy that held Riley's offense to 17 the year before

I think Riley has the highest ranked offense of any team where the coordinator primarily directs the offense. So probably him. He'll be a HC somewhere pretty soon.
