Tremendous upside.
Herman's buyout is 3 million less, that's a lot of money and spending it is not warranted when Herman is a viable option.
There's no need to empower Fl State with 5 million extra dollars, that's a lot of money being pumped into that football program in addition to what they're no longer paying Fisher. Could come back to bite us.
In addition, it's clear why we couldn't afford to lose a home game this year.

You mean Fisher has a buyout in addition to what his agent demands? This is crazy, coaching is not just the HC; save the money and hire the best Assistant coaches. If Herman is not available move on until the best option is available.
