If les goes, what coaches do you hope are kept

What coaches would you hope were retained by a new coach that came in?
And what coaching position would you like them to hold?
Frank Wilson- obvious one. He might hit the road for a smaller HC job that he was previously turning down with a coaching change though. Idk if OC is too big of a risk for him... Maybe not with an offensive minded HC. He may need a bump to stick around though.
Oregeron- do whatever it takes to keep him. DC?? Ast HC?? Idk but I don't want him gone after year 1.
Grimes- I wouldn't mind keeping him in his same position.
Raymond- same as grimes.

Frank as OC (if we hire an offensive HC), if O needs to be the DC, frick it, why not? Couldn't be worse than Steele.
Raymond has to be kept, I know the DBs have looked bad this year for the most part but I think that has more to do with Steele's system.
Grimes, maybe keep him, I think our struggles are partly to do with our OL being played out of position.

Oergeron only. Maybe Frank. If he leaves, hire Terry Joseph from A & M as recruiting coordinator.

Grimes hasn't had a true Tackle this year. Also a lot of the issues have been on the fullback and TE. Watch the tape.
Grimes can recruit and we have been playing 2-3 Freshmen on the line.

Wilson and Orgeron only, really only need one and they can be recruiting coordinator and associate head coach
