If Jimbo is the guy, we should do whatever we can to keep O on board.

We at least owe him a solid raise and a title after keeping the ship afloat. Especially if he leads us to a Sugar Bowl victory. Keeps the recruiting machine rolling too.

This has already been discussed as a probability, and I agree. The question is will Orgeron want to do this or will he feel disrespected and want to move on.

Can anyone think of a time where this has actually happened at the college or pro level? If O doesn't get the job, even if he feels like he got a fair shot, I just don't see him staying.
