I feel like we are being played by Sexton again.

From a family perspective, it is hard to imagine Jimbo leaving his son. Legally speaking, he likely cannot leave without a court amending his divorce and custody order.

Has any checked the court dockets for filing in his divorce?

It just doesn't make sense.

I'm sure no one thought of doing any legal due diligence before hiring a $7M/year employee.

If you are implying that Sexton played us last year, then I would point out he did a terrible job because Jimbo did not get a raise or extension from FSU last year. The purpose of "playing" someone is to get a raise for your client

He wouldn't have to file anything with custody if his ex doesn't contest it and agrees to move where he moves.

Its a lot easier to handle those kinds of things with millions of dollars.

Well the bright side is he can probably afford a really good lawyer.

This guy has ALWAYS run circles around LSU's administration. He no doubt is bending us over a barrel.
