Would this be a better option than gutting the entire staff and Les? Honest question here

1. Fire Alleva. Bring in an AD to look at the whole situation objectively.

2. Promote Coach O to DC. Focus on your DL development and LB. Keep Steele for recruiting purposes.

3. Fire special teams coach.

4. Bring in fresh blood at offensive coordinator with newer scheme.

If Les refuses to allow offensive change then fire him. Would this be a good option for next year at LSU? Does Alleva have some sort of contract/buyout as well?

Thats silly , Alleva is the reason les miles has to answer for his terrible coaching efforts the last 4 years.

Those are ALL Sucker suggestions , les miles needs to GO !!

That doesn't mean you can't fire the AD, too...

So we are gonna hire a coach with no ad? What coach would want to walk into that?

Demote Steele and promote I? I'm sure that'll be great for staff chemistry.

Les just needs to hire a highly respectable QB recruiter and developer. He thought he was doing just that with cam. What a letdown and it cost him his job. Being loyal to an old friend buried Les. No apologies u live and die with these decisions and that one is clearly on Les.
Then breAk the bank on a DC all out blitz including the pros.
Save the 15 million and get the best DC available. Clemsons would be high on my list but who cares anymore.

Because it's over for Les. Alleva stays les leaves jumbo inherits a gold mine And All is well until 2017 when the realization hits LSU square in the eye. Stay tuned many lessons about to be learned.
