I can't believe he was seriously considered.

You can't believe people on the Tigerdroppings message board would make a terrible decision regarding hiring a head coach?

No one in an official capacity with LSU has acknowledged Herman is or was a candidate.

Lmao. People on this board are so knee-jerk. Is it concerning? Sure. Does it effect his appeal? Sure. Does it make him a terrible coach? No. His overall body ok work is still good.

Les Miles overall body of work was very good. Herman has now lost two of his last three games. To Navy and SMU to top it off.

Don't worry I've bookmarked this thread so we can revisit it over the next couple years.

If lsu loses to smu sure. We're talking houston vs smu. It's not as crazy. Again, im not in denial it's concerning, but trying to say herman is now a shitty coach is very short sighted.

Always convenient to blow up his losses, but fail to mention he beat FSU and OU. I get it. You're all 100% anti herman. So, no point trying to further convince you you're being short sighted. Like i said. We can bookmark and revisit as Herman's career plays out over the next year or so.

Call it knee-jerk or whatever, I wasn't sold on Herman to begin with due to his lack of experience and track record as a HC.

Now not only am I not sold, I'd sincerely prefer we not take the gamble on Herman. He may end up being great, but he doesn't deserve the LSU job with his resume.

Don't let your gay pride cloud your judgement. It's 2016. All good with dudes kissing dudes but this is serious. We get one shot at replacing Miles. Herman's flag football offense in the SEC is not the answer.

Who is the answer, in your opinion?

For me short-sighted would be firing a coach who had an overall record of 114-34 after losing to two ranked teams - one a top 10 team, only to hire a guy whose more talented teams lost to SMU and Navy and barely squeaked out a win against Tulsa.

That would be doing a big injustice to LSU, the fans and especially the players who have to kiss the guy every week.

It's always funny to see the guys who are so bothered by this. It doesn't have a direct impact on my life. I just dont give a shite. I find it interesting that it bothers people so much, but "slap arse" is just a normal thing. It makes no sense to me.

So, let me tell you short sighted would be to be against a coach because of his pre game tradition with his players.

Again, don't want to turn into a gay thread. It's obvious you played no organized sports (cum toast does not count) SMU has been to how many bowls in 30 years?

What about OU and FSU? They've been and he beat them. One actually in a bowl game.

Btw, you're wit knows no bounds sir. You don't want to turn it in to a gay thread, yet, you're the one so fixated on it.

I'm trying to ask you legitimate questions. Who's your #1? What about the big wins herman had against better teams? Those dont matter?

What's the difference between Tiger Tracker and a refridgerator?
