He's not reporting Herman to LSU. He said Herman is the perfect fit for LSU and would be his first and only call if he were in charge at LSU.

I think college football wants to see LSU back on top of things and is probably only wondering what took so damn long. Miles wasn't doing the job for a long time. This team was stale.
