Guess the status of the DC search

Since LSU doesn't release any info regarding the hire, and since there seems to be no LSU insiders who have access to info, let's guess ourselves:
LSU DC coaching search can best be described as:
A.) Still interviewing candidates, no offers made
B.) Still giving interviews, but decision was made to hire from within days ago. Waiting for right time to announce.
C.) Made offers, offers declined, and no viable outside candidates are currently on the table.
D.) Other (describe)

I honestly believe Les came up with a damn strong list as he always does when making a coordinator hire. Alleva is breaking this program.

D) Couldn't find common ground with CP, Shoop opted to stay at PSU, and pondering if other viable outside candidate exist or if they should give the Brick/O Pain Train a shot.

The fact that every source and insider is either wrong or has no clue at all about who what when and where is very perplexing and frustrating.
We get more Intel from twitter and other fan base sites that we do from LSU's side of things about this darn search

It's really turning into a circus. At this point, I really want to know what the hold up is. Is it contracts with current coaches? Miles not knowing what he's doing? Alleva low balling candidates?
FWIW, I think it's Alleva. Miles can make good hires, and people are reporting these names have interest, so it's got to be either current staff contracts or Alleva.
