He probably wants to stay in the NFL. And, he will get several phone calls, either as HC or OC.

But, I'll bet Urban Meyer would love to have him on the Buckeye staff next year.

Dude isn't going to go be an assistant in college. He'll have a lot of offers if it comes to it.

Rick needs to go. He has burned money on Osweeny and Willfatfork. The OL is not very good. Obrien and Romeo have done well, but lacking talent on OL and QB.

It has nothing to do with race but everything to do with his relationship with the McNair's. I'm pretty sure Rick Smith is godfather to head McNair's grandson
