NO. Watch the film, guy ran a high school offense it was so simple. And his play calling was terrible. The d improved under Charlie, the offense regressed as the season went on. Ensminger would be better than Gilbert.

Very promising but his inexperience showed several times this season when he was outsmarted by the opposition. If he can adapt, he'll do fine.

Nope. Just bombs and WR screens.
Sterlin was an improvement over the stone age offense Strong brought to the Big 12, but that isn't saying much.
