Get the best OC money can buy similar to the hire of Aranda. Keep Ed O as the head coach that has no input on either side of the ball. Ed O will get the recruits give the speaches and be the face of the program. Thats the only thing needed. Honestly they could've done the same thing with Mikes. Answer this question same players on defense since last year but they're night and day. Whats the big difference? The answer the best D Coordinator money can buy

You idiots fail to realize if we have to hire top tier offensive and defensive coordinators to compensate for O that they'll only be here for a year or two tops before they get plucked away for another head coaching job and then where does that leave us?
