what about Greg Schiano of Rutgers.
He has nothing there and has done pretty good.

Everything I've ever heard about Schiano says that he stays at Rutgers until Paterno finally decides to call it quits, then Schiano moves on to Penn State. But who knows?

I heard the same thing about Ferentz 3 years ago. Myself, I think the old bastard is going to end up pissing on both of their graves while still HC at Penn State.
