FOX Banner Says No Deal Has Been Made

I'm confused. The news ticker on the Saints game quotes "Glazer" stating that Harbaugh has not signed a deal and that the Raiders are the leading contender.
Is this just some misdirection by FOX? I trust TD more. Just confused.
ETA: nm. Someone on Fox must read TD. They just changed the line out with Feldman stating JH has accepted the job in principle.

He's a douche who has lost everyone in his organization and his team quit on him, never to be reversed.
That's a great reason to get rid of a coach and takes guts with everyone questioning the decision. People are way too focused on the past when they should be focused on the non-existent future.
