Why is it so hard to be agressive and conduct some interviews & hire a fricking Offensive Coordinator? I cant believe we are really sitting around waiting on candidates to get turned down elsewhere.

That's what happens when you hire a HC that wasn't up for even a coordinator job and are now trying to hire an OC that is up for HC jobs.

Well, everybody screamed at Alleva for not waiting it out with Herman. I agree with interviewing other people in the meantime but can't blame O for waiting it out
