Floating this thought again

Most contracts have a "catch all" clause which basically state that the employee must do as directed by the employer as long as falls within the scope of the job description. So I say again. Alleva should hire a quality control coach to observe Les at each practice and at each game after directing (in writing) Miles to give total control of the offense to the offensive coordinator. If Miles does not this, he could be fired for cause and no buyout would have to be paid. Any legal minds out there?

Better yet, take half the OC money and hire a QB coach, take the other half and sprinkle to remaining coaches for good faith, and make Miles be OC so he is held publicly accountable for play calling and offensive gameplan strategy.

You either fire him or let him do what he wants to do. They are not elementary kids. He's the coach. If you want to keep him, you have let him do his job however he wants to do it.
