Anyone wanna explain why JDR would leave Jacksonville? I sure can't think of a good reason.

Well, he was all set to leave the NFL because his daughter is at LSU and his wife is from New Orleans. CLEARLY, great reasons to leave the NFL.

If he leaves USC, he's a fool.

frick trying to motivate a bunch of overpaid babies. The work hours are longer. At USC, he can go up against Stanford and Washington, etc. You can control your destiny better at USC.

He could go to Atlanta and have back to back losing seasons and be out of a job that quick.

The Bush situation could be a damn good reason to get the hell out of SC.

We'll see what happens on that. You think he'd bail on them? Sanctions would hurt, but going to the NFL wouldn't be any easier, in my opinion.

But he would be getting paid more and have more control, and maybe he realizes his teams are just going to continue to underachieve.

Things must be really really really bad at USC for petey to jump ship to the falcons. I can't even imagine things being bad enough to justify going to the falcons. Money can't even talk that loud.
