But he didn't get it done on the field. He immediately reached out to former players, hired a media guy and rallied the coonass fan base to support him.

He pushed all the right buttons that involved EMOTION including the Athletic Department. Yet all that matters are the results of the games and he failed miserably against Florida.

I will not state this will go down as a horrible decision, only time will tell.

We elected a president the same way. Why not a football coach? Lol. Vert disappointed if Orgeron is the best we could do.

He has the old players eating out the palm of his hand. He had them politicing for him.. This is exactly what happened with Johnny jones!

The last time Lsu hired a coach based on player sentiment was Mike Archer.
