Cite? And what does this mean? When LSU made the offer , they sent a draft contract memorializing the offer to him. He then signs, negotiates or rejects it.

So, has Aranda STILL not signed his new contract? Waiting a few days is one thing, but something is clearly holding him up now. Not saying he's definitively doing this or that, just that I'd be a little worried.
