I hope not. Mariota has shown enough promise so far to make me believe that he doesn't need a Chip Kelly - driven offense to be successful.

Per an interview I heard yesterday someone did not link a name to this media person but said it would be a home run hire among a current college coach. Speculation is that is is Brian Kelly at ND. This media person speculated that it is the ridiculous academic standards of ND that he is tired of dealing with. So maybe if this happens then Urbs can go get his real dream job.

why would Ten. hired someone who failed in the 3 years at his first NFL gig. He is one weird dude just like Leach

well yes. Of course he won some games but it appears his offense no longer surprises anyone as is evidence in his record the last two years. So I guess you got me there as he was successful his first year.

dont really know but he missed the playoffs last year and wont make it this year unless they win out or have a huge comeback. They dont look good in their last 3 games though.
