I have mixed feelings about Raymond. Good recruiter. But the only year the DBs played great under him was last year. Albeit, they played really f*cking good.

I hope they somehow retain him, but if not, hopefully the next guy keeps at least Monroe in the fold. I imagine Jimbo's hiring would help us land Mullen and Meyers if Greedy happens to split.

I've been saying that Corey Raymond is most likely Bama bound for two weeks now and I don't see changing. Curious where Austin Thomas lands.

Florida doesn't have a state income tax, so them at 5.5 million is like us paying him 6 . Or however the numbers work out.

Any chance we drop Ball and get Curtis Johnson?

You guys are going to regret hiring Jimbo if he comes. He's an average coach that dominated a weak conference with bad Oline recruiting, hit or miss qbs and an offense that gets shutdown by top defenses. Not to mention the $5M he would owe FSU. Do you really want to pay $50-60M for a slightly better Les Miles?

Since Jimbo was at FSU as HCIW prior to getting the head job, any chance that CNN report stains him to the point LSU is pressured not to hire him? In this present atmosphere where college administrations are folding like cheap tents in the face of PC rabble-rousers, I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility.

Why are y'all so dumb. He has a 7/$35 deal right now, why would he take a $5 cut. The total for the deal if he makes 7 is $44. What do you stupid MF not understand.

Why is that? HE would make 6mil a year at LSU, but the contract is 5yr = 30mil

His contract at FSU is 5mil a year, but it's a 7yr contract = 35mil

I don't know about your math, but mine says 30mil is less than 35mil

How the hell is that a troll? Look at the headlines where spineless liberal college administrations are running scared at the slightest whiff of PC controversy. I don't know how much the leftist academia culture is ingrained at LSU. That's why I brought it up.
