No clue

Legit NFL experience and serious ties to Florida can't hurt though

Looks good to me. He's got some really solid pupils.

Recruiting profile looks mixed, but he definitely gets some guys.

If hes had anything to due with NCs recruiting classes then yes he can recruit

Theyve been loaded the last 6 years

Seems like a great coach but I am not impressed with his recruiting track record.

I say keep looking but i wouldn't be disappointed if Les hired Williams.

John Blake was UNC's ace recruiter, so it's hard to get a feel on how involved Williams was

Looks like an excellent coach, recruiting wise, hard to tell. But like I said, NFL experience and Florida ties, that's a good start

I'd like this hire

So you clicked on his rivals profile, saw the number of stars by guys and decided he wasn't impressive?

He has some pretty awesome names under his tutiledge. I can't imagine John Blake giving him a whole lot of responsibility. So he may not have a bunch of recruiting successes under his belt but I bet he's got great experience with Blake and butch Davis. I'd be content with the hire

I think the NCAA figured out why their recruiting has been loaded the last 6 years. Davis and Blake, along with Blake's agent friend, left with the most significant factor.

black and he didn't play WR? TBA might try and burn a cross in that Charlie's yard once he gets to BR.

Very impressive resume, that along should turn heads just enough for the Closer Les Miles. As bad as weneed a recruiter, we need a coach. That can link these wr's to Mett. He also played DB, which I think is a plus to have knowledge of the defenders to go with it.

Looks like this would be a good hire on the surface at least.
