Can we stop with the Fisher/Herman didnt want to come to LSU

They wanted to be courted. They wanted more control. They both had substantial offers, but Alleva pulled them
I know about Fishers, and I assume the reports on Herman are accurate
So if Alleva would have matched Jimbos counter, or courted Herman longer, either one would have been at LSU
Alleva settled. For cheap. But paying the coordinators raises the bottom line anyway

Alleva got offended when they offered any push back (as they should obviously do). It was some petty shite. He shouldn't be our AD. How boosters aren't completely enraged right now totally escapes and disturbs me.

Obvious Herman picked Texas over LSU. Simple as that. Texas would have beaten every LSU offer because he was the one they wanted and we had a backup plan

Right. Herman and Texas got all this done in 4 hours. He only went there because we didn't come through.
