He's done one of the best jobs in the country taking Grambling from an utter dumpster fire and turning them into an 11-1 ranked championship team. He belongs in the FBS.

He's a great recruiter too. He definitely has an eye for talent. He was the first coach to offer Josh Jacobs a football scholarship. And, he has Grambling as one of the finalists for Isiah Buggs.
