He's done very well with half the talent Lsu has. He's an offensive mind and with ND struggling this year would be be ready for a change. ??

I think he's an awesome coach, maybe right behind Saban and Meyer. Has some baggage, though, and is kind of an a-hole. But nowhere near a Petrino or Briles a-hole. He'd be on my short list.

If we can't get Fisher or Herman I would settle for Coach O if he shows us he can win over the next 8 games over hiring Lane. There is just something about the guy I don't like. He comes off as a smug bastard.

Would love the hire. Little academic restrictions like he has at ND, talent pool of LA..he would be great here. I think he is fantastic..an a-hole, but fantastic.

I can go along with this. Kelly comes off as an arrogant a-hole. Briles, Saban, and the others are just a-holes.
