Somehow the record setting saints secondary is only a Browner's fault and coaching had nothing to do with it.
Saints fans have wanted McGriff gone. As a saints and LSU fan, I can't thank AU enough. Their incessant delusion is kinda sad though and reminds me of last year when LSU got Steele.

He can certainly recruit and Steele can as well. Steele had an immediate impact on recruiting at LSU IIRC

I don't think its a horrid hire, I mean O's stint in the NFL didn't pan out nor did Ron Cooper's, but still extremely successful college position coaches.
