As a Bama fan, i hope LSU hires the best possible candidate

A great LSU makes for a great conference. The SEC deserves to have the best coaches.
We have the best high school talent, the most passionate fanbases, facilities, etc.

I wanted so much for Meyer to stay at Florida.
He's the second best, if not the best coach in college football, imo. But for whatever the reason, it wasn't to be.

The SEC is so much more exciting with the Alabama-LSU game having major hype from the media and national championship implications. I love the tense feel of that game when both teams come in undefeated and nobody knows what's going to happen. That's what football is all about!

Not to me, his hiring made both conferences step their game up coaching wise.
