What is the word of the staff? Do you think O will shake it up some more? I really question Grimes at this point. That OL is not good!

I've been saying that. I really think we need a change at OL coach. Line just doesn't look strong to me at all

Need a good, competent, technically sound OL coach. A teacher, hands on. Mawae???

Need LB coach! Wringing hands as to why we don't have lbs will continue 'till we get our house in order. Need special teams coach also.

I don't know if it's Grimes fault from a coaching stand point as much as it is Miles and Co. not landing a LT. We are a LT away from the line looking much better. I really think we are a LT and dominant DT away from being a dominant team again. Etling for 1 more year and then the young guys behind him and QB isn't near as bad as the last few years.

We need an OLB coach. Aranda coaches the ILB.

O is going to shake things up a little. I know we are losing at least one offensive coach and probably two.

Think about a position where we lost recruits we should have gotten and you know what coach we are "losing".

Ags are worried they are about to lose one of their better coaches. Banks or Turner would be solid hires.

Dennis Johnson has the makings of a great OLB's coach. He's young a still learning his craft.
