Common misconception. We went 2-11 and had a higher average attendance that undefeated McNeese. So regional schools dont fill the stadium.

ULM has the lowest budget in FBS. McNeese probably isn't too far behind them in total athletic budget. And given the fan bases, McNeese can probably drum up more booster support than ULM can.

Will agree to disagree. As the season progresses and they lose more games, reported attendance does appear to slack off. Much of what is sitting there is either watching their kid from a nearby high school play, and/or listening to the LSU game on radio (if LSU is playing at night).
