What has actually happened... probably
O presented the binder. Told them he was gonna go get Kiffin, his ol' buddy. They hire O after hearing this great plan. This entire time every time he's asked he's said he's getting Lane. There has been ABSOLUTELY ZERO prep for anything, including actually hiring Lane, other than just talking about it.
This morning O is in shambles because there is no backup plan. Ensminger will be announced within the week.

Haven't been any reports of any interviews taking place. When you consider the folks in charge of interviews for LSU, then you know they only interview who they plan on hiring anyway.

No Alleva does not believe in the interview process. Our head coaching hire is all the proof of one needs on that subject.
Which ever OC candidate sends in a picture of his binder will get the job.
