I hate his historical point. How is that relevant now? We're not the program we once were, we should have high expectations. Out past mediocrity has no bearing on the present.

So, we don't have the history of Notre Dame. So what? Notre Dame sucks now and will never return to that glory. No team will dominate like those old school teams did. EVER AGAIN.

Yea, wtf he blames LSU but Rivals didnt have Miles ranked in the TOP 25 coaches until week 6.
He didnt move up from 23rd until after he beat Saba.
This isnt only LSU fans.....everyone bashes miles.

We will never respect Miles despite his winning record. So unappreciated... He's insane but he's 5-1 in bowl games and his record is better than any coach LSU had or will get. We need to get over ourselves... Hard to argue these points but I agree that the historical argument is irrelevant. If we were ok with not being a NC contender every year we wouldn't care who was coaching our program.

in regards to our fans thinking we're so great a team and deserve better than miles... he said "you're not USC, you never have been... when have you ever consistently won championships in your past?" said miles is a great coach that doesn't get respect he deserves.
