just something to Think about---Les is under tremendous pressure to win NOW at LSU...expected to contend for NC for sure next 2 years...if those expectations aren't met, and say LSU goes 10-2 next year or two, he will likely be fired (Net earnings $6-7 million for Miles)...He goes to UM for 5 years /$20-25 million he is set for rest of his life..he goes "home" where if he goes 10-2 he is a hero and a legend...

Not possible for a coach to win 10 regular season games and get fired at LSU.

Not even one who openly flirted with Michigan? If he stays, and they lose to Oregon week one you can bet this board will be hopping with "fans" willing to help pack Les' bags for anywhere he wants to go...

Why Leave? Many LSU fans treated him like complete Sh*t. Did not accept or support him at all, never have never would have. Tried & failed to downgrade his 2007 team's National Championship.

no one is f#$%ing crazy enough to fire a coach after 3 consecutive 10-2 seasons ...... have you lost your mind. No one would every take this job again....likely fired .... sorry brah not personal but this is lsu fan delusion at it's best (or maybe worst)

That being said, I see where you are coming from if he doesn't at least win the west maybe the conference the FANS will be pissed and the first time he throws in an 8-5 (which is going to happen inevitable to everyone playing in a league like the SEC if you coach long enough) then he will be on the hot seat. I agree with you if i was Miles I would leave for this exact reason .... how can you survive long term in the land of disappointing 10-2 seasons hell our team this year is 10-2 and will finish in the top ten and I heard the team booed louder than i've ever heard before at the games this year. How could anyone stay long term here.
