So long as we keep the four difference makers on board, I'll be fine with whoever else we bring in.

I'm talking about Collins, Freak, Landry, and Hilliard, of course.
so if we have those 4 it doesn't matter who fills out the rest of the class? any idea how fricked we would be when this class is in their senior year and all we have are 4 studs and 19 scrubs?

the chances of a new coach coming in though and being too dumb/stubborn to not at least keep Wilson on long enough to bring them in is probably <10%
Wilson is huge, but he's not the end all be all. The HC matters a lot and the next guy cold be a tuberville that can't recruit worth a shite. Miles recruited well before Wilson so to act like he had nothing to do w/ it is selling him way short.

now I'm done.

I don't think the way he is reacting will be a very good way to gauge whether he is leaving or not. Most of these players were not here in '07. Not buying into it yet, but tomorrow if we haven;t heard some strong rumors out of Michigan, I will start worrying.

Miles versus Wilson had the Freak committed to Tennessee and Landry said the other day he would've gone where Frank went also.

Miles stayed in 2007 because a national title on the line, that was probably the only reason he stayed.

no, even without FW, Les Miles can simply point to the stats put up by all of our 4 and 5 star talent on O the past 2 years and keep their commitments.

+1

If ESPN hadnt broke the story so early, I believe 100% that Miles would have left for Michigan then.

when has Tuberville done close to what Miles has?

I don't want Tuberville, but he did go 13-0 in 2004
