That's seriously got to be scary if you're in whatever division they're in (I forgot the name). Those two are very legit coaches, and you know Tressel DGAF about letting Pelini go off.

The Horizon I think? Or that may be their basketball conference and they're in the Gateway or something for football.

ETA: Missouri Valley

Not my fault those FCS conferences constantly are shifting.

This is a great hire for YSU, I may even be interested in checking out a game next year

Youngstown St is about to get back to dominating the FCS like they did when Tressel was the head coach. They won what...5 National Titles in the 90's? I know Ohio U, Akron, Kent St and Mount Union probably dont like this.

EDIT:

Could moves like this lead to Youngstown St joining the MAC? UMass is leaving so a spot would be open right? Would be a natural fit IMO.

Pelini was adamant a week ago he was not close to taking this job or considering it. Now he is the coach.
Beware what these guys say in ppublic. They say what they have to say. Miles has something going on.

I know Tress is a hero at Youngstown State, but what does it say about the values of that school when they hire, as their president, a man who was given a most severe punishment from the NCAA, mainly for lying and obstruction of an NCAA investigation?

Pelini and his antics will fit right in.

Believe me, if Miles had something going on Pelini would not have went to Youngstown. He was waiting on Michigan. This means Miles is not going anywhere.

You think a former Ohio State DB would take a job at that school up North? I highly doubt it.

What does a job like this pay compared to a Top DC job?

I didn't say Pelini was going to Michigan. Who knows he may have come to LSU if they hired the right coach. A coach that is wanting to come to LSU.

would you want this guy:
