Damn....we're not going to get a guy who has worked his way from from College head coach down to to NFL assistant down to college assistant in the past 12 months? I'll lose lots of sleep over that.

I can't believe he turned down such a great offer from LSU. I think he made a huge mistake & will regret it one day. Blew his last chance to ever coach at LSU IMO. I dont wish him any harm, but he would have been a hero in LA and will now be considered an enemy & traitor by many. Hope all our new coaches are good recruiters because will be harder against O/the Tiffins, Saban, Jimbo, Meyer, Brown/Texas, as well as Oklahoma, Nutt, A&M, Miami, USC, OSU, and even the new coaches at Miss State & Auburn, ex-LSU coaches, etc. We'll be fine. Geaux Tigers!!!

Also, I have an ole miss buddy who told me recently that the talk up there is that O hates LSU & it was between TN & staying with Saints. Didn't believe him then but..........now maybe I do.

Seems like he has an axe to grind with LSU and used the school to help his sleazy agent get him a raise. I, for one, am happy not to have a tie to Jimmy Sexton.

If you watch the presser he said UT had 17 more reasons to go there than LSU. He also said he couldn't pass up the opportunity to coach with Monte.
Now let's see if these guys can live up to the hype.
