Tenuta.

Don't forget Tenuta.

Les is a failure if he doesn't bring in Tenuta.

Les did a good job last year. I trust him this year. This is actually something he is good at.

The rest of his responsibilities, not so much.

I'm in full support of these 'gueses' taking place, but what happens to recruiting with mccarthy and porter leaving, who are supposedly two of our strongest recruiters on our staff?

just have to deal with it. better this year then next.

we will lose commits or lose ground on guys we are after but don't forget the potential bump for guys we have long written off or don't even know about that the new staff impresses.

Pete Carmichael for OC? Guy has been trained under Sean Payton. I'm sure he would love the opportunity to call plays. He's been coaching Drew Brees as the QB coach. Success at LSU as the OC = quicker route to HC jobs than what he is currently doing with the Saints. Well, I just thought about Jim Zorn. Maybe that's not so true anymore.

A few names I thought of

Hal Mumme

if he gets fired, Mark Mangino-was former OC at Oklahoma

Hal Mummy has a huge blackball on him in the coaching ranks for a reason.

Mangino could have negative recruiting impact.

There would be a great WANT to have the best staff if that were the case.

The Snyder factor isn't that prevalent in the NFL
