There are tons of collegiate and pro players that can't coach worth a lick. Just because you played the position doesn't mean you will be able to coach it.

What? So you are saying that you shouldn't measure a coaches coaching ability through previous coaching jobs?

Arizona's secondary was one of the best in the NFL last season.
