Has anyone thrown his name out there? I think he's a great coach but probably more on the side of becoming a head coach soon. It was thought he could be next to be a HC after this season but since USCe was a disater, he may be looking to upgrade his profile again. After all, the LSU plane is somewhere in Carolina. Dont know where he lives but would be a good hire imo

I met him in December in Shreveport and was a really cool guy with his players. they seemed to all love him and flocked around him. You could tell he was a leader

Ward has been offered a head job before but only wants a head job at a Power 5 school. Solid coach but not sure if he would want to leave SC since he is the associate head coach.

Yea this guy is solid as a coach. I would take him in a New York second and pay him at least a million per year. He is a great recruiter and relates really well with the kids. He should be contacted and see how bad SC really wants him because they will give him a raise if we contact him anyways.

He's recruited a lot of great players over the last several years at USCe as well. I guess he's known for his DB's and recruiting Clowney to the very end
