If you were in Saban shoes, would you stay or leave?

I'm just curious to see the consensus. I have said repeatedly he isn't going anywhere, but the more I weigh the factors it seems like a no brainer.
-enjoys building programs
-easier recruiting efforts
-more $$$$
-Lake Travis
-Liberal neighbors versus redneck gumps
I've said it over and over, he stays.... But, logically if I were HIM I'd be GONEEEE

Depends on the money difference.
Money the same:
I stay. Already built the program. I'm an NFL factory. Love the state I'm living in (Also, I actually like Tuscaloosa despite being an Auburn fan). Too risky to go do it somewhere else even if it is Texas. Fans love me. More stability .
You'd have to give me a significant pay raise to go build another program.

That was sort of my thinking this whole time. The biggest change of heart for me was the obvious similarities in his political beliefs and hobbies. I just feel he belongs in Austin. I think that's going to eat away at him. Surprised to say it, but gone. Hopefully.

I'd go. Saban can do nothing but, at best, plateau at Bama from here on out.

How much would the no state taxes in Texas benefit him? Would those breaks be enough to even be considered a big bargaining chip for UT?

Honestly....I would leave. Winnning a NC at 3 schools is a legacy. Winning 27 NCs at Alabama he still won't come close to the Bear. He is a builder...not a sustainer. He could build one more program and retire at 69-70.
Oh...and get paid a lot more.

I would stay. Legacy takes too much of a hit with another move after weeks of denying that a move is even a possibility. I am not sure that even winning 3 NC at Texas could reverse the damage his legacy would take. I know Texas has enough money and power to hire a Finebaum to spew Saban unicorns and rainbow propaganda. Sooner or later national media will Nutt up and call Coach Saban out on the misdeception to another fan base

Recruiting will be easy for Nick at either school. Does he want to build another school into a NC type team? Are the fans a plus or minus in Ttown? Is money that important due to bad investments? He is choosing between two great options. So he should leave it to fate and flip a coin.

I'd go. Make history, change the college coaching market forever, live in Austin, and finish his career stress free. Seriously all he has to do is beat Big Game Bob and he's in the title game. If Texas fans accepted brown's tenure as long as they did, I see no reason he could close his career on a more stress free note and dominates

Nah. But again, I love Alabama and I don't think he does.

I'm probably a more relaxed and complacent person than Saban, so I'd stay. That doesn't really serve as any kind of indicator for what he might do, however.
The only thing that lead me to believe he's probably staying is his age. All the other factors people are leaning on are bullshite (loyalty, his word, etc). CFB coaches are about as loyal to schools as schools are to them.

Yes, I would get as far away from those spoiled, entitled nut balls as possible before they kill a family member bc I made a bad call.
