Who hires a coach that is defensive minded and has only put together one top 20 defensive effort at Nebraska in five years there?

If Tom Osborne remained as AD, I would agree with that. However, he is stepping down January 1. The new AD, Shawn Eichorst, has no previous ties to Nebraska other than working for Barry Alvarez at Wisconsin (Alvarez played at NU).
